I think the Texans can cut Brock after this season but if they do this year they take a huge cap hit

They got a crap load of money and control his rights.. I'd tage him and see how he does for the year then sign him for couple years if he plays well
 
Would probably be smart to see another year of Pryor but sounds like the Browns will still end up signing him. I think he will be good regardless so it shouldn't be that big of a deal.

You let him hit open market, and other teams able to throw money at him, you take an awfully big risk.

Imagine the Pats and all their cap space come callin that kid. You gonna say no, for the Browns? :\
