i always wonder what offensively challenged players like Roberson and Deandre Jordan work on in practice. Like do they only do defensive drills and never work on FT shooting or jump shots?

Roberson's problem is he shoots that thing so damn high on his FT's that it just hit wherever and bounces

I've never seen a starting SG that couldn't shoot or hit a FT till Roberson, during his earlier years. I know he played behind KD but still...
