It's not like it takes much to make the playoffs in the east.

The 8th seed in the east would have been good for 5th in the west

If the 5th seed in the west had the same schedule as the 8th seed in the east then the 5th seed would be the 2nd or 3rd seed.
Regular season don't matter if only one team in the East is ever good

Fact is, there's trash in both conferences and only 4 legit title contenders in the entire league. Let's stop east slander when they just won the title.

if there was another team in the east that could legitimately challenge the cavs in the ECF, the east slander would cease to exist.
