I mean....... :lol

Can anyone post a video or explain what happened in the cubs game with rizzo
Chapman threw two 100+ MPH heaters right at Nate Schieroltz's (sp?) head and then ended up striking him out and stared down the Cubs dugout afterwards eliciting some yelling from Rizzo and others on the Cubs bench. Then when Rizzo went out to 1B the next inning it appeared to me that Chapman or someone from the Reds dugout were yelling **** at Rizzo and he dropped his gloves and was ready to "go" until everyone held him back.

Saw someone tweet this:

"For a guy who was injured by a baseball hit at him as hard as he throws just months ago, Aroldis Chapman was just pretty douchey towards people who fear the same."

Nah ...he didn't mean to throw those pitches and was obviously frustrated....the cubs started barking at him from the bench and when he struck him out he then glanced over there....after that he walked a batter and the batter fist pumped and celebrated like a ****

Chapman ends the inning and gave them the "***** please" like hand gesture towards them :lol

Then rizzo acted like a lil broad between innings when the reds barked back at his birch ***...even the cubs announcers knew he didn't throw those pitches with ill intent

Chapman has done this before though, always gets a pass from the local media

:lol at "glanced" over. And I didn't say they were intentional, but they were headed right for his head at 100 MPH. Chapman was being the bigger douche of the two.

Rizzo barked at him before the strikeout...he had a right to glance IMO...no reason for him to intentionally throw over his head like that...

I didn't grow up playing baseball so I'm untraditional when it comes to the goofy *** unwritten rules stuff...I'm from the basketball/football mold :lol

Eh, IDK Chapman could've just let the strike out do the talking. John Baker celebrating his walk was lame too.

And the unwritten rules are a load of horse**** :lol but I know the Reds dugout would've reacted the same if someone on the Cubs were throwing 100 MPH heaters over their heads, so the mean mug after the K wasn't necessary IMO.

JD to be in the hr derby as well! Lets go!

:smokin

I'm usually against A's in the HR Derby, but as far as JD, I think it could actually help his slumpin' self. Get him some confidence if he performs well.

As far as Yoenis, there's no telling him no regardless

Whatever that was, isn't over.

Next time the Reds and Cubs match up, something will flare up. No doubt about it.

I am not happy about Donny being in the derby. His swing is all about timing with that leg kick and although he is horribly struggling already, I don't see how this will help. Hope I am wrong though.

He's also very emotionally driven. If the Derby can get him feeling good again then I don't think it should mess with his swing worse than where it's at right now.

Bryce Harper :{ if you're gonna come off the DL and call people out, back it up. 4-30 with 10+ K's since his return, not a single hard hit ball either yet.

That Cubs/Reds skirmish was dumb.

In fact, whenever benches clear and no punches are thrown it is always dumb. Just a lot of blowhards wanting to seem tough on the field.
