Indians' starter Danny Salazar is disgusting
sick.gif

Yep was impressed even though MC hit one that hasn't landed yet...

just can't beat the Tigers.

sad truth

Best team in MLB :hat Braves on a 13 game winning streak i was worried in the 9th inning Kimbrel looked shaky

We sweeping everybody!

Did I hear this stat right? The Rangers are the first team to steal 6+ bases in consecutive games since 1918?

And Leonys Martin is the first player to steal 3 bases in back-to-back games since '08?

Not that anyone cares about Travis Blackey, but last week I mentioned he has no business pitching in the majors. Today he was DFA by the Astros. The Astros bullpen is a joke. They are 1 for 5 in save oops since trading Veras haha

Rangers claimed Alex Rios off waivers today... Will be interesting to see what happens there.

The Indians are melting down. As an Astros fan, I really appreciate another team doing it lol

are you guys new to Tony and Mike`s sthcik

Tony is in the tank for every Washington team, Mike makes fun of him by going the exact opposite and hating them.

Thanks for telling people who live in the DC area how the Tony/Mike dynamic works.... :lol

Yep, Mike's from Chicago and loves all of their teams. I was on the elevator with him at Nats Park after we beat the Cubs on the 4th of July two years ago. He was vexed :lol

FWIW - I've been around both Mike and Tony in non-professional settings. They are both VERY nice guys. I have a real hard time believing that Wilbon of all people means what he says on TV and also what he writes. He plays the contrarian role very well. Almost like a more eloquent Skip Bayless. :lol

Anyways, he's made his bed and folks in DC are not too fond of him for a number of reasons.

Yeah, Wilbon was still cool and talked to my little bros even after the loss. I'm indifferent on him because I don't really care what him or Tony say, but I think the real reason people don't like him is because of the bull**** he said about Sean Taylor after he passed away.

I thoroughly disagree with the premise that the Indians are "melting down." Getting swept by the Tigers, a team that is the middle of a 12 game winning streak, hardly constitutes "melting down." Discounting the Tigers series, the Indians are 11-5 since the All star break. Including the Tigers series, they are still a respectable 11-9 since the ASB.

Where do you get this idea of melting down? I dont see it at all.

^^all these "sources" Broussard'd this....just an hr ago, this was "highly unlikely"..lmao
