The Revenant came out Christmas Day. Star Wars came out before The Revenant.Surprised at "Star Wars" not getting many nominations. Maybe it came out too late.
He didn't do anything I don't think the movie was Oscar worthy period. My point was if you were going to nominate someone from the movie it should've been MBJWhat did MBJ do that was so worth of a nomination?
Now Sam L on the other hand...
No QT for best ORIGINAL screenplay jeez
because he was great in the movieHow tf did Matt Damon get nominated for The Martian?
nah, they already covered that base with Jared Leto (deservedly so) 2 years ago
also would you guys be in favor of them increasing the number of nominees when necessary in the acting categories like they do with Best Picture?
Good pointShould be negated for Interstellar.
Can't take anything away from Matt Damon. He spent most of the movie acting opposite himself, or a potato, or a bucket of **** etc.
I was surprised that Sam L was left out. I guess his role was too small for Best Actor and too big for Best Supporting Actor. Only thing I can think of, because he was great.
No it didn't.straight outta compton deserved a best pic nod c'mon now
i thought he was joking. that can't be forreal. No it didn't.
because he was great in the movie
carried the movie while showing a lot of emotional range, made you want to root for the character
Production, cinematography, costume design, sound design, score, screenplay, acting, set designMy opinion is a lot of people who saw the H8ful 8 screener didn't get the same entertainment from it, compared to those who saw it in the theatre.
But, I thought Goggins deserved a best support nom. along with JJL.
Aside from production and cinematography, nothing else was that impressive about the film.
It was still mad entertaining doe.
