Good for Dale. I fully support him doing that. Has nothing to gain by coming back, could end up on the bench or get hurt. Started 3 games and might get drafted? Can't beat that :hat

I think he should stay but I can't blame the guy for going. Somebody will take him. Just think about it...Practice squad guys get minimum $100,000 a year and guys on the game day roster get like $500,000 minimum. Why stay in college where I might not even start when I can sit the bench and learn for a couple years and get 6 figures.

sit on the bench and dont make any money or sit on the bench and make money, dont have to play school to figure that one out.

he's gonna get drafted in a situation where he's able to sit for a year or two. Not a bad situation to be in as far as creating staying power in the NFL

Hero Chooses Jail Over Snitching On LSU Player For Selling Memorabilia
A Baton Rouge shoe store employee was booked on theft charges after refusing to cooperate with police, who wanted him to name the LSU player who gave him his own game-used gear to sell.

LSU's equipment manager called campus police after seeing game-worn cleats and gloves for sale on eBay. Both were worn during LSU's upset win over Ole Miss in October, and were going for about a hundred bucks each. Cops were able to track down the eBay seller as Fletcher Sanders, 25, and according to an affidavit, they offered him a deal if he would rat out the player.
Sanders told police that he sold the gear for an LSU football player. But when an investigator asked Sanders to name the football player, Sanders clammed up, according to the report.

The officer, in turn, told Sanders that he would be arrested if he did not cooperate, the report says.

"Do what you have to do," Sanders responded, according to the report. "I am not going to be responsible for ruining someone's career."
Sanders was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on counts of principal to theft and illegal possession of stolen things (he made bail on Tuesday). Because, as an LSU Police captain said, "the items are still LSU's property." And will be forever, for the athletic department to sell as it pleases!

This wasn't Sanders's first eBay listing. According to WBRZ-TV, his seller history shows nearly $3,000 worth of game-worn LSU equipment. If Tigers players keep coming to him, it's for two reasons: he gives them a fair cut of the profit, and he doesn't sell them down the river.

Exactly. I think if he knew for sure he would start next year he would stay. I could see a good team drafting him to sit him a few years and then let him loose to play. Can't ask much more from him, got us a title which is the main goal. Thanks #12Gauge

What I wonder is how this impacts Braxton's decision?

Good vibes on the Ryan Newsome front.

This one would shock the **** outta me if Butch gets him to leave texas
It's odd to me he hasn't been a bigger target for Texas, A&M or Baylor...

Tech wanted him but that died when Stidham bolted.

To me, Braxton stays for sure now. IF his arm is right he for sure thinks he can beat out JT (he's already done it once).

hate snapbacks.......but my head is big as hell so it's only right that I hate

Man I'm a size 8 in hats so snapbacks are a no go.

Hat on the very last snap, holding on for dear life is not a good look.

Couple sources indicate that there are legs to the idea Kevin Hogan would transfer to Michigan.

Don't think Hogan is set on transferring but if he does M will be involved.

Been reading a number of articles about how Oregon's soft/finesse label is now back in effect after what Zeke Elliot did to their defense on Monday.

My question is this: Elliot ran for 230 yards on 16 fewer carries than he did in the Oregon game (20 to 36). Zeke ran through and around the Alabama defense like he did against Oregon. Why is it that Alabama doesn't face the same questions? I mean, sure they have probably a better long-term record about such things, but to me it's silly to say that Oregon is soft and finesse when Ohio State did the same damn thing a week or so earlier.

Oregon beat Michigan State, Stanford, Utah, and Florida State. Each was athletic and had immense talent on defense. They blew all of them out, but that's not enough for people. Can't Oregon just have a bad game and leave it at that, like every other elite team out there?

I don't get the allure for Clark to go play in UCLA's spread. I admit I dont know how TEs are used in that offense but compared to Michigan where he's probably going to see the field right away because Harbaugh would use a TE at every skill if feasible. I think Michigan will get him back and I think he recommits this weekend.

Also I wonder what Harbaughs stance will be on commits taking visits.
