I FLAT OUT wouldn't pick Marcus over Winston. Marcus is a straight college system quarterback. Every Oregon quarterback in recent seasons before Marcus have looked great.

I don't think one has to do with the other, but definitely Winston is a better prospect. Funny you mention Oregon QBs... Cris Carter was going in on them earlier on First Take right after Joey Harrington went on.
