Although I don't believe in all the hype ucla gets and believe most of it is based off two players you can't really bash them off one quarter of play in the first game of the year. Now if it's still close in the 3rd it's a different story.

Having a Td return called back because a player put his helmet back on is lucky as hell?
Side note that has to be the dumbest rule in all of sports right now. Taking a TD away for that is asinine.
