I was thinking, how could that be trueI know for a FACT that isn't true. LCL, MCL, meniscus, femur & tibial plateau cartilage, knee cap cartilage. ..
However with all that said, it is possible to play sports and function with no ACL.
From ESPN: Watson, who sprained the knee against Georgia Tech two weeks ago, tore the ACL in practice last week, Swinney said. Clemson was told that with a brace securing the knee, Watson could continue to play without risking additional damage.
