How is that allowed? I was under the impression that fans cannot use objects that make sound (thundersticks, horns, etc.). Is that not the case?

Really tho. Winslow rant and this ISIS beheading comment are definitely not the same as a rivalry name. I don't care much for the moniker myself, but you don't see players from either team yelling crap like, "I'm a soldier of the Union and I'm ready to take out the forces of the Confederates on Saturday at Autzen Stadium. To hell with General Lee and the South."

At some point they were banned from the stadium then they were allowed to be used but not during play, but they never enforce it.
