Barnes reportedly turned down a $64M extension offer. He can get around $80M+ on the open market this summer. If 60 mil is all that Barnes wants. That's what he'll get.

KD potentially joining GSW would be :x and not in a good way.
Dudes trying to take this 2K scenarios to real life.
this isnt the olympics . it doesnt work like that. the teams with the most talent dont always win chips. okc for instance has 2 of the 5 best players in the L and they still aint winning ish.I'm not sure why people keep saying this. I'd like to think that there would be an understanding that everyone would have to sacrifice. It's not as if KD would be walking into that locker room expected to have the same responsibilities that he has now in OKC and would need to take 20+ shots every night. Individually, KD, Steph and Klay are all pretty unselfish players. It's the sheer talent that's scary.
Let's just imagine a scenario where Lamarcus Aldridge joined the Spurs and Manu, Tim and Tony weren't washed and were still in their prime. Would anyone say that team wouldn't work? Probably not because the franchise period has a reputation for playing the right away and nobody is out there just trying to get their numbers.
I don't see why the same couldn't be said for KD, Klay, Steph and Dray.

dont matter..The Nuggets won but Mudiay didn't outplay Russell.
Especially if you were already the best player on another team.
you cant have a bunch of guys that like to dominate the ball on the same team. what does kd like to do, play hero ball. it wont work when curry is better at that. klay dont need the ball in his hands , hes off screens etc etc, dray doesnt need the ball in his hands. neither of those dudes play iso ball. curry does the iso thing to create his own shot. they dont need two of those dudes. it would be a detriment to the team.Quote me where I said most talent = championship
Again...none of that has anything to do with a how a team performs on the floor. Wins/Losses are determined by who executes the most and makes the least amount of mistakes. believing they would be the greatest team ever based on talent alone is just as absurd to believe that they wouldn't succeed because of "too much" talent. Everyone involved are highly intelligent basketball players. Like anything...chemistry would need to be developed but how on earth can anyone sit up here and say it isn't possible for them to have chemistry?
barnes suck once he paidTold y'all in the offseason. Barnes getting 20 mil a year. Easily.
Y'all saw what Kris Middleton, Wes Matthews and Demare Caroll got...
yawn
A day after LeBron James went down the Cleveland Cavaliers roster pointing out the limited playoff experience of each and every player — outside of him of course — the superstar took to social media on Tuesday to post cryptic tweets about making a “mistake” and how to live with it.
It's ok to know you've made a mistake. Cause we all do at times. Just be ready to live with whatever that comes with it and be with.....

It’s of course unclear the intended target or targets of the tweets, whether it be James himself, one of his teammates or someone else entirely.
But given the timing of the tweets, is it possible that James is lambasting himself for making the following pointed comments about his teammates in such a public manner?
“We got a lot of guys that haven’t played meaningful basketball in their career,” James said Monday. “And it sucks, but you look at our guys that mean much to our team … these guys haven’t played a lot of meaningful basketball games and (haven’t had) a lot of games to learn and experience, so every game for us is experience.
“It’s no knock on them,” he continued. “It’s just the situation that they were in. So our learning is every single game where we got to learn every single game how to win games, how to play certain situations that they haven’t seen and that’s just the reality of it.”
But perhaps the most likely meaning behind the tweets is related to how James questioned the Cavaliers' mental toughness last week, during which he bemoaned "mental mistake after mental mistake."
On the other hand, James has never been hesitant to point out his Cavs teammates' lack of experience.
Therefore, it’s entirely possible that the tweets may have been intended for one or more of his teammates, especially in light of how the team was scuttling along while losing three of four games before Monday’s win over the Indiana Pacers, outings in which Kyrie Irving in particular struggled.
After all, James last year appeared to call out Kevin Love on Twitter after his new teammate used both "fit-in" and "fit-out" previously to explain how he was trying to find his role on the Cavaliers.
Stop trying to find a way to FIT-OUT and just FIT-IN. Be apart of something special! Just my thoughts

James first denied the tweet was intended for anyone on the Cavaliers but later admitted the tweet was meant for Love. What that probably means is that no one will ever know — besides James of course — the actual meaning behind Tuesday’s cryptic tweets.
Either way, James already has stated he expects to be blamed for anything and everything involving the Cavaliers anyway.

LeBron got a ton of slander for joining Wade & Bosh in Miami, imagine the backlash if Durant joins a team coming off the best record in NBA history & 2 championships.

yeah he willHe won't get the same amount of backlash, especially here.LeBron got a ton of slander for joining Wade & Bosh in Miami, imagine the backlash if Durant joins a team coming off the best record in NBA history & 2 championships.
no convincing them 2k mentality dudes. Harden Durant and Westbrook would've been a dynasty. An all star team almost never works
A championship team needs depth and role players. You get KD and you sacrifice both.
Barnes is a problem it seems. But if they can negotiate him down to 70 I think that's a win win for both sides. Given how much the salary cap is gunna boom.
