In a strike, all players collectively hold out until owners agree to a new Collective Bargaining Agreement

In the a lockout, owners say players cant work until they negotiate a new Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Of the 9 professional sports labor stoppages in the past 20 years, 8 of them have been lockouts

There hasn't been a players strike since the 1994 MLB strike

Run away bruh? :lol

Not even

There's a lot of competition this year. And with Noel being a big that doesn't command his own shots it's gonna be difficult for him to shine.

With wiggins being on the sorry Cavs and Bari on the sorry bucks (in the east) they'll have the rock a lot more. Then you have Randle with a Laker roster of 5 :lol

It won't be a runaway award this year
I doubt Wiggins will "have the rock a lot more" with Kyrie & Waiters there.

And Randle has a questionable jumper & no right hand. he's going to struggle to put up ROY numbers. He gets Z-Bo comparisons but he doesn't have the 7'4" wingspan like Z-Bo.

You can pencil in Parker. Ability + opportunity.

Aha, what'd you get the hammer for mate.

Clifford =that wuTang guy= the one that banned me a few times

Yall know the difference between a lockout and a strike right?
You know what they mean though

I made the mistake too. I don't see a lockout coming, I see a strike coming. A stoppage because the players are gonna realize they're getting hosed

I was gonna correct myself earlier, but I figured we were all on the same page...

At this stage, I feel that a work stoppage is inevitable. Strike, lockout, whatever term ends up being coined (players/owners usually differ)...it will happen. There is a 0.5% chance the players don't opt out in 2017. They'll take a much harder stance than before and CBA negotiations will probably be uglier.

NBPA taking their sweet time picking their leader, which is fine, but they BETTER get it right this time around.

MLB players easily have it better than their counterparts in the other 3 major sports. IMO it's not even close.

That league will also have 20+ years and running of labor peace. None of the other 3 can claim that.
