he was good pretty much the entire hornets run... and he became a decent outside/3 shooter with the knicks.... granted he wasnt as quick/athletic but still an overall decent player

What do people that aren't eligible to be elected in the HOF have to do with Kevin Love? It's like saying Kobe's not in the HOF so KLove has no chance.
Dikembe is a no brainier.
Anyway, y'all are acting like Kevin Love is a "pretty good" player. He's putting up RIDICULOUS numbers. If he plays with an actual team next year, there's no doubt he makes the playoffs. This guys been averaging 26, 13, 5 while bringing elite 3pt shooting as a PF. Unless he falls off extremely hard, he's a no doub about it HOFer. His game should have no problem translating when he gets older. This guy will put up numbers for a long time.

because there are players who put up great numbers in the past and led their them to playoff wins, hell even finals and championships and arent even nominated.... Its kinda hard to suggest a guy who hasnt even led his team to 50 wins let alone the playoffs to be considered over those players.

Kevin love has put in game stats that havent been done in 30 years and hes done em a few times.
If he goes to the cavs and they start winning, its pretty much a lock.

you dont make the playoffs hof etc...win rings on ifs.... if barry sanders had a oline hed probably have rings... and much higher rushing totals.... if the blazers didnt pass on jordan and went for drexler would he have won 6 rings in portland... hell if grant hill never got hurt, if penny wasnt struck down in his prime etc...
Based on right now and what klove has accomplished he is NOT hof worthy.
