the POSSIBLY top tier teams: miami (new weapons new offense, riley helping spo coach), bulls (if rose comes back healthy), cavs (lebron wiggins and kyrie mesh perfectly and do what theyre capable of), mavericks (new team meshes up well together and everybody does their part)

Issue is dudes talk like Rose is going to come back from 2 devastating injuries in back to back seasons and suddenly lead the bulls to a chip.

I remeber after the first injury dudes talked about how all he did was work on his shooting and he's gonna touch the court and do work.

Granted he was coming back from injury, he shooting a sizzling 35% FG and a blistering 34% from 3.

Not to mention his whole game is based on his athletism.

So now, 2 injuries and 2 seasons from a meaningful game and dudes act like he's gonna touch the floor and do great things.

That's why dudes go so hard at Rose, cause of Rose fans.

Best team in the East would have been Indiana. Without Lance, they are the second best. Bulls look good on paper but with all these new pieces we will have to see it play out. I'll give them 2b. Along with the Pacers. C'mon James Young & Marcus Smart, help push Boston into a 7th/8th seed in the East fellas. I have Spurs winning the chip. OKC woulda' been my choice but as long as Manu, Tony & Tim are healthy, KDiggy & Wussel can't get past them. So the best team in the NBA is San Antonio.

Oh and you are fooling yourself if y'all think the Clippers are getting past then second round & The Knicks making the playoffs. Clippers tend to miss defensive assignments when playing an elite team, and somehow always come up short offensively against elite teams. They are just a great regular season team. Knicks roster is so bad I don't even know what the projected starting line up is. Off the top of the head, NY bench is ultra booty. Didn't realize Houston has two of the best positional players in the NBA, on their roster. . Oh and if New Orleans is healthy, watch out Western Conference!

I hate predictions but I don't see how the Knicks won't make the playoffs, they were victims of Murphy's law last year and still were in the running for that 8th spot. They're gonna make it this year but that's not saying much as others have said.


Spurs making it to 3 consecutive finals , dudes have never repeated , they're old and they play in the minefield west so I doubt they see the finals. They'll still be a quality team but the odds are against them winning it. Last year they were fueled by losing to the Heat and motivated by revenge, can't count on that same passion this year.

IMO the Hawks will make the playoffs before the Knicks. The Hawks are getting back Al Horford, and have a year of chemistry. Plus, the Hawks are the one team in the East that make it every year, ranging from a 4-8 seed.
