Mirotic and MCDermott have high BUST POTENTIALS. McDermott is overweight. NCAA is nothing like NBA talent. Snell will be a decent player. But will he be a 15ppg guy?? HELL NAH....... He won't be a factor. 

Rose is questionable. He came back last year EXTRA rusty. He was a bum. Now with another year out you expect him to be the DROSE from before?

PAU is OLD and Soft. 

Noah has no Offense. He is a great defender though and passer.

Bulls are without a doubt better though and have a puncher's chance in the weakass east. The spurs are favorites imo, their system doesn't rely on a couple individuals taking the bulk of the offensive load and their team is still intact.
