Championship criteria that knows how to play his role. He knows what he needs to do and does that. Sometimes he over does things but he also knocks down big time shots and has big time games in big time moments. I wouldn't think twice about taking him over George hill that's for sure.

Saying that Chalmers is better than Hill right now is an easy argument since Hill has been looking like Boo Boo the fool for quite some time now. But there are better guards out there than Chalmers that know how to play their role on a winning team.
