Orlando used to be a real nice place last time I visited, which was roughly 20 years ago. Animals have taken over entire cities. Too bad.

I am surprised to see DC so low( or so high depending on your disposition) on this list.
I read a similar list for 2008 that put DC as the second worst city in the world that year behind Kingston and before Johannesburg.
I feel that Gary,IN should be higher on that list.

The list was probably per capita... Since we only have 250,000-300,000 people in the city limits DC is at the top yearly
EDIT: & plus with all the gentrification of SE/ Anacostia alot of the crime is branching further into PG county & Va as well...
