I've seen most of the home run derby's the past several years; this one had 1) a tepid crowd, 2) many "pure" hitters rather than sluggers, 3)disappointing performances and 4) superfluous features like the absolutely terrible ball tracker. Although a minor detail since the participants are theprimary ones that determine a derby's quality, Chris Berman and Joe Morgan are growingly mute-worthy.
