The pair pictured are legit...
BUT... there's no way anyone would sell a legit pair for $50. A DS pair is going to be around $400+
Always make sure you get paper tagged & dated pics... and even then, if the price is too good to be true you still need to be wary of a "bait and switch"

You're getting mixed up with the new ones, these should have the CDP "85-08" stitched tag on the insole.
