I swear whenever I go into a "nice" neighborhood, folks don't have curtains or blinds up. Is this some unspoken rule that I am unaware of?

it is open during the day and closed during the night, perhaps it is hard to notice?
they have curtains that cost in the thousands, I don't suppose poor people will buy such items.
im glad i dont live in your house. So no blinds in the kitchen window, no blinds in the living room window. that %%*$ is mad creepy, a house madeperfectly for stalkers.Originally Posted by ZieGirl
no blinds = more natural lighting. imo, you should only have curtains or blinds in bathrooms and bedrooms.

Man please...I don't want folks to be lookin all through my crib. Plus me and my wife sometimes like to extend bedroom activities to otherareas of the house.

No one dresses in baggy fits any more, and we moved in during the summer, so I'm almost positive we were all rocking shorts/t-shirts. Plus, myfriends that helped me move that day were pretty diverse ethnically, Asian/Caucasian/Black/Latino/Indian/etc. We're all successful too, and look the part,so I don't know what the problem was/is. Some of the guys are flashier than others, but that mostly applies to cars, since these days we all dress prettysimple.Originally Posted by Lrrr

just curious. how do you and your boys dress? that could have played a factor.
