And speaking of coaching changes, O$U fans who would you guys like to see other than Tressel? I'm starting to join the seeming majority that is tired of conservative playcalling and not showing up in big games (primarily BCS Championship Games).
Im good with Tressel but when he retires Urban Meyer, depending on if he goes to ND next yr, would be the top choice. Theyd probably give Luke Fickell a looktoo depending on if he's still with the team. Then it's downhill from there..(Dantonio, Pelini, etc) But I definitey think they hirer an alumni or atthe very least an Ohio guy.
On to michigan/the rose bowl which should be great AND a chance to make sure michigan isnt bowl eligible
ChekwaTorrencenot repping for the tradition of db's. Dudes are extra liabilities out there. And as much as it pains me to say this, Brian Rolle isnot the best backer on the team. Ross Homan is. Not really a bad thing though.
Since the start of 2007:
1) UM is now 3-8 in games played after Halloween.
2) UM is now 1-5 in road games played after Halloween.
3) UM has now been outscored in the first half in 12 of the 14 out-of-state road games.
4) UM is now 0-3 against its former coach.
5) UM remains one of just a couple schools in Div 1A football who have not blocked a kick.
6) UM is now 6-14 against teams with winning records.
7) All of the above has happened with 3 different defensive coordinators.
All of the above has happened with 2 different offensive coordinators.
9) All of the above has happened with 4 different starting quarterbacks.
9) Exactly one-third of the recruits who signed with UM in 2007 are no longer with the program.
10) UM is 1-3 in its last 4 games against teams with winning records, giving up an average of 31 points per game.
It's cool though. Randy Shannon is a great story and went through a lot in his child hood.
Granted Texas A&M is no Miami, but I bet I could beat the hell out of that list with Texas A&M and Mike Sherman/Fran facts. That listwould include two blowout losses to !*%!@@! Miami...Originally Posted by Fear The Ibis
