He's essentially saying he has no time to be committed to one woman and in one relationship because he gets that fulfillment from being a bachelor, on the scene w/ multiple girls, in the club getting on *****es, aka 'the rodeo.'

There's also an underlying sentiment with his tone that suggest that he feels guilty about finding love there, (Hence the adding of the question "Who knows where i'll end up when that **** gets old" he's questioning what's going to happen once this bachelor life gets old, he's in his 30's) is saying '**** it' and the next few lines also help support this one because all the girls he knows are there with E & Tho, who are Strip Club DJ's in Houston.
