Mine came like that too... I was tight but I'm not gonna complain because I got mine for retail. The original pair they tried to give me in the store though was terrible. Scuffs on the midsole and tec tuff. The green part had stains on it and mad creases. To top it off dude in the store lied and told me it was the last pair until I saw one of the dudes on line ask for his size and seen they had like 2 of my size left.

Same thing on my USOs from Nike. Took some pics then cleaned it all off...

1. the midsole is not dirty its missing paint.

2. the 2nd pic isnt dirt either its dried glue

That's how my pair looks also, I thought it was dirt then I tried wiping it off, that only made it worse. That's when I realize it was a thin coat of paint, a weak primer coat..
