You can eat them as-is, but we don't.  Instead we preserve them in jars filled with salt... let them preserve for years till they turn dark-brown.  Good remedy for sore throats.

I was waiting for that restock on Friday, they restocked the French Opens one day after the NDC release as well but nothing has been announced on their Twitter / Facebook account yet...

Bistro is a cool shop out in LI. I worked around the corner from the shop and would frequent it often. The homie Henrock is mad cool but 25$ is too much for shipping in the US.
