Measurements seem to indicate they're pretty true to size (at least for a M anyway)

well i'm 6.3f/230p and vandal XL fit right lengh but bit large to me.

Got another model L fits better, anyway website mesurements are real so check on your own tees.

I have a shirt from Vandal-a and just went TTS and it fits fine.  Get your usual shirt size IMO.
