🎾 OFFICIAL AGASSI RETRO THREAD 🎾

Also whomever is filling out the customs paperwork may devalue the package and hence you can get away with no tax. But that is a finable offense if discovered.

Precisely, some companies will even put down gift on customs forms but that rarely happens now.

Anything under won't be taxed, anything over will. You was lucky but being realistic with anyone ordering from Europe shouldn't worry if it's under that amount.

You posted as if it was a guarantee, which it is not.

It is not a guarantee anything over $200 or as you put it "Anything over 200$ it taxed" will be taxed, as I said I've had $200+ shipments over 20 times and have never been hit with customs.

I just stated some people get lucky, it's hit and miss. Also even if you think you've been able to avoid charges they can send you an invoice 6 months later.

I managed to get a 7. I'm going to try and swap with somebody for something bigger.
Repped!
Why did you rep this? I think this doesn't make sense, all he did was take a size someone could have had. What is the chances of someone size 7 buying a bigger size that he'll fit into? Size 7 is usually the last size to sell out on most sneakers.

LMFAO

So you're agreeing with me.

Go read your initial post that I responded to which you make it sound like its is a guarantee anything over $200 would get hit with customs.

My initial comment was you are charged a fee over $200, how is that wrong because you was lucky? It's standard procedure so I'm not agreeing with anything, fact is if you order anything from Europe costing over $200 don't be surprised if you're hit with customs fees because that's the law, it isn't guaranteed you can be lucky.

Anything

definition - any thing whatever; something, no matter what
I'll put this to rest, go read the customs website. If you want to feed people the belief they can avoid customs fees because you were lucky go ahead, fact remains not everyone is so lucky and law is law. By the way they use the same wording I did, didn't see brackets saying unless you're lucky, done.

You're the person giving people false belief by saying "Anything over 200$ it taxed."

Then come on this page and say it's hit or miss and agreeing with me.

I owe $124 to Fedex for the Rivalry Pack

From my personal experience, over $200 with Fedex and you'll probably get hit by customs... You're good with USPS and UPS.
