I DO mind a difference in faces. It's crazy how chicks can just give themselves a whole new, better, face and get mad when WE get upset

Everyone looks washed in the company directory pics at my job. It's become totally untrustworthy. There's not a lot of black people either it does us a disservice.

They re-did our firm website two years ago, so brought in profession photographers to take new pictures of all the attorneys. Hated the experience. Like 10 minutes of being asked to pose in a bunch of ways I would never look naturally. And I ended up like the previous picture of me taken by our office the building much better.

I’m confused. Why does everyone look washed? In ours, you had to upload your own so the quality varies. Some folks upload cropped photos from an event like a wedding or a struggle camera pic. But then there’s a creative services studio where you can get professional headshots if your group will pay for it (I got mine done a couple times). I think it’s been clutch for me, personally and professionally.

I wanna retake it but it's "not in the budget" they say... Which is nonsense.

We take the id pics in house. I turned mine off for emails and stuff so no one would see it.... During the pandemic the firm turned them on for EVERYONE to . foster a solid environment.
