he’s still a good player though, and would have loved him to stay til the end of the season. champs league with coutinho would make liverpool more formidable. imo wijnaldum and lallana (maybe ox) can both step up and provide what coutinho did in midfield: trickery, running the ball up, linking with the front 3, they can do that too. those outside the box goals and free kicks are whats missing.
i hope when emre can leaves, grujic can do his role. and best thing about can is his seldom injured.

Yeah I think so and he had the hiatus durin the summer where he didn’t play.
I known valverde said he was disappointed with him at first cause of his fitness.
So he probably went too hard trying to get ready and injured himself
Then he probably went too hard trying to come back too fast and injured himself again.

He needs to get fit for the champions league and the World Cup.

It's all Roman's fault. He is not letting the managers have his pick on transfer targets. He listens to his advisors who have a horrible track record. Every single player bought past 3 season that the advisors picked have failed. Same reason Conte will leave in the summer and so goes another 2-3yrs with a new manager
