He hardly plays under Conte, not surprised he wants out either

Not sure if you guys would be willing to sell him in the winter though

Wouldn't mind either him or Mahrez at all...

Can't see Malcolm being sold in January either, dude is a big money summer signing. Supposedly Mou's been interested too :nerd:

AFTV's gonna be lit tonight :pimp:

Whats amusing is Wenger is so unapologetically arrogant about the state of Arsenal.

If & when he leaves, it won't matter who takes over as long as kroenke is the owner. Just look at his ownership of the rams & nuggets. They're all mired in mediocrity (sub mediocrity really).

This isn't a dig at the Gooners in here either bcs some of them a cool peeps (including OP of course ). It's just there is a resume/history there & it's not going to change even with Mislintat there. >D :smh:

 I never understood the love Everton got over the summer with their transfer purchases. I thought they bought a lack of pace & never got a stud striker.

They're a dumpster fire. They need to boot steve walsh & all his analytics on transfer market back to @heggsy fc... Whats worse is now their saddled with a lot of contracts for meh players.

It’s a shame Jack never was able to fulfill his potential. His performance against barça at 19 had everyone thinking he was the second coming of Gazza.

Just speaking to my uncle about footy and dude swears serie A is the best league right now. Agreed to disagree but we found common ground on la liga being corrupt and some games being fixed :lol

It pains me that all these years on and this is still the pinnacle of his career.. not coming at you but for a while any time Jack slander would come out.. ppl would always reference this damn game

Damn Bielsa's Lille experiment seems to have gone down in flames :sick:

Watch Gabigol become another Coutinho for Inter...

It's a shame to see Bielsa fizzle out everywhere. Such an innovative coach but it seems he'll never achieve the success his disciples have achieved.

 Damn, China is making a huuuuuuge push into football making it mandatory in all of it's school beginning with elementary age. They're pumping vast sums of money into it's initiative & plan on having 50,000 footy academies by 2025 for youth development. Schools who enroll on the scheme will receive government grants for multiple departments. From a cultural perspective, president Xi Jinping wants parents to view sporting ability equally as important as educational attainment. Their plan is very comprehensive & very Borg like. The plan to achieve this by 2050 where they say they'll be a footy super power by then.

Knowing how they've grown in other Olympic sports like Gymnastics & swimming (even basketball), how much you wanna bet they'll get there?

Just realized Everton got demolished at home by Atalanta yesterday :wow::wow::rofl:

It's insane how this looks like the worst Everton side in ages after spending so much last summer

It'll def take a few generations to see the effect of these efforts in China but I wouldn't be too surprised if in a few decades they were either at the level of the current USMNT,as in qualifying for WC's regularly and having a lot of players playibg abroad , or even better. The results of similar efforts on the other sports you mentioned def make it seem feasible, not expecting them to replicate the same success though

China are the damn Borg in everything they do. They make fairly quick strides in whatever initiatives they embark on. They will most definitely achieve success in footy like they've done in other sports.

Interestingly, they've hired American Tom Byer whose helped Japan shape their footballing talent to what it is today. He's lived abroad for over 30 years.

His Japanese pupils include the likes of Kagawa, Tadanari Lee, & Keiuke Honda who worked with him starting at a young age. What he did in Japan was all grass roots to with very little money in the early stages.

I hate when Americans say this country is too big. It's such a cop out.
