Finally watched 2nd half of the game...
Game was quite entertaining, ALOT of chances for both teams
United needs either a LB who can cross or a true L winger.. Valencia provides both on the right which allows the R sided winger to tuck in, but need the same threat from L side, especially with the height in the team. Felt Matic had a good game, really basic player but that's exactly what United need from that position. Early days still but Lindelof seemed really off the pace, hope he can step up to the challenge of playing for United.
Not really arsed off the result, BUT if we are gonna be a counter attacking team when faced with a better MF, we need our boys to be more clinical with the few chances they get.
MAN.. Isco is one hell of a player! Ran his *** off and dictated so much, him partnered with that MF trio is a scary sight. Bale also had a good game, If I'm Madrid, I'd keep him and see how Cr7 is after another year.

Reminds me of how RM tried keeping Di Maria out of the XI but dude worked his *** off to the point you couldn't bench him. Isco is more talented though. Glad you mentioned his work rate because it's a part of his game that doesn't get enough credit. Dude has no problem tracking back and getting the attack going from deep and he can get scrappy. He's the reason Bale, RM's record for a transfer and still the most recent galactico, needs to get ready to get acquainted with the bench or another club.
Imo he's the player repping pure Spanish footy the best right now, carrying the torch from the likes of Silva and Iniesta, until Asensio takes the throne.

The Madrid midfield with Modric + Isco + Kroos is astonishing. Modric's work rate had me tired just watching him. I can't say i ever saw Isco becoming this good. Dude was the best player on the field yesterday.

I got the Arsenal third kit to work out in (didn't get any player since they will all leave soon), and it seems that Puma's quality is 100x better than all the Nike kits I've owned over the years.I can't speak for the on field ones that people are always ripping, but at least for the fan version, the shirt is actually light and breathable. All my Nike kits have suffered from damage only after one wash, and they feel suffocating/too warm to work out in
