Why is Unai Emery considered a terrible manager all of a sudden? Because he had no authority over Neymar thanks to Al Khelaifi or because he lost to one of the greatest Real Madrid teams of all time?

WTF you mean you’re retiring bro? Don’t be such a god lame man, that’s pathetic fam.

Argentina aren’t winning the WC, you know that deep down. And Liverpool will lose against RM (but that shouldn’t be disappoint you, they’ve have a great season and they might win the EPL next season).

You’re going to retire if those scenarios happen Trey? That’s weak Trey, man the **** up.
FOH Liverpool is winning on Saturday.

Tom I love ya bro and I know you love me too , but Liverpool is not beating Madrid Sunday. Madrid's midfield will not give into Liverpool's pressure. Kroos, Modric, and Casmeiro are too poised and experienced.

But that's not an insult or shade to Liverpool, I picked Liverpool against City (Cause I said City was overrated and vulnerable(Trey disagreed even), especially in a knockout competition). I said Liverpool was the most dangerous team in the Semi's, they're the best team to watch in the EPL, I gave them plenty of credit, all year....

But Madrid are a different animal Tom, they just know how to win and tactically Zidane has done an amazing job. Klopp has done amazing things too, but Liverpool don't have the midfield, discipline, or the GK to beat Madrid. Not to mention La Liga football > EPL football, and it's not even close anymore.

Who knows tho, anything could happen in a one game final (like Chelsea winning that CL title they DID NOT deserve). But my money is definitely on Madrid, good luck tho. I'm just excited for an attacking final. Good luck fam.

He's a better hire than Arteta imo but it's funny seeing some of the reaction to the hire from P$G and Gunner fans

He's a solid coach but his tactics leave something to be desired imo

if pool play on the counter they can win this game.
if they think they can press madrid for longer than the opening 10 minutes....they are going to get picked apart.

he's def not terrible but we all know how this arsenal story ends

arsenal needs a coach that would completely change the culture and reinvigorate the club.
emery is not the man....not sure there is one.
and arsenal ain't spending bread anyways so this will only end one way.
another terrible season and i can't wait.

All this Arsenal managerial talk, here I am thinking to myself "HELLO LEONARDO JARDIM IS OUT THERE", can someone at the goddamn Emirates give Jardim a phone call or an interview please??? He's literally the perfect fit.

I agree, when I saw the rumored transfer budget...:smh: No matter who takes over, there is basically no chance of competing with the other 5 big clubs in England. I won't call myself a huge fan or anything, but they're my favorite club in the EPL ( in 2018, mostly for comedic value). It's still sad to see them owned by people who couldn't care less about the product on field as long as their sheep fans keep paying the highest prices in Europe for a team that has never won a European trophy

Those AFTV weekly updates are hilarious and pathetic at the same time. Dudes are having meltdowns every week and cursing Wenger and Kroenke, but they're still going to the games...why? Either stop crying and accept that your club is one of those "We lose so much that it's hilarious" clubs, or prove your point with your wallet.

Isn't he much pretty much guaranteed to be at Chelsea? That's what most of the articles I've seen have been saying over the past few days

^^^^ Is he? I didn't know that. I heard Conte might actually stay.

But I'd rather see Jardim at Arsenal and have time to build something, Arsenal are a classier organization. Chelsea treat managers like **** and get rid of them all the time.

Haven't heard much about Jardim to Chelsea, seemed like he's been comfortable at Monaco and isn't in a hurry to leave yet. He'd be the best hire for any PL club imo

Sarri's sounding like the fav to take over for Conte if he gets sacked

Random but never knew Emery had his own twitter account, doubt it'll be for much longer though one the season starts

English Footy Twitter is ruthless

Not sure how much you trust Sport, but most articles regarding Jardim are using this as a reference:

https://www.sport.es/es/noticias/premier-league/jardim-gana-partida-luis-enrique-chelsea-6826183

Then again, these could all be completely wrong and made up for clicks. Who knows  After more research I also see a lot of articles regarding damn near every manager being linked to Chelsea.

The common trait they all share is that clubs are telling Luis Enrique to ***** with his demands :lol

I don't trust SPORT unless its Barça news becuase they're Barça's mouthpiece.... (Mundo deportivo too)

and I don't trust MARCA unless its Real Madrid news because they're Madrid's mouthpiece.... (AS too)

I don't trust them with other news outside of the vicinity of their cities, but I do find both publications hilarious at the subjective and homerism they both display

You're right. They won't win on Sunday cause THEY ARE PLAYING ON SATURDAY. Liverpool will win if the midfield puts on one of those stellar performances similar to the ones they've put on against City and Farsenal

Anyone going to Arsenal will have to deal with the ineptitude that is the kroenke way. At bare minimum, 2/3 of that roster needs to be changed for any incoming manager to succeed & that ain’t happening. Any manager to take this job really does have to be out of his got damn mind.

You know how Iraq fell to ish after Saddam? He was a tryant dictator & the country was still crap but his rule kept ish together & it hasn’t been stable since his demise. That’s going to happen to Arsenal now that Wenger is gone. You thought ish was bad now? It’s going to get waaay worse unless the kroenke family make a significant financial investment.

Just looking at the names on the roster now, Wenger really filled it out with mostly crap players. LMFAO at people thinking he could at least be an exec at another club. Like hell mfing NO.

Taking the Arsenal job is basically like buying a russian made car... Your getting a giant piece of crap.

Look how they folded up against Barcelona last season. His tactics are questionable at times along with his lineups. Has a boatload of talent at PSG yet operates as if he doesn't. If that's how he is moving with all that talent, imagine whats gonna happen when he gets to Arsenal with that dumpster fire of a squad.

Good right up about Jardim’s tactics... it’s amazing he had Monaco still finish 2nd after losing Mbappé & others...

Edit - Poor Emery... He’s taking this job just to be taking a job. He’s got beer goggles on right now thinking he’s taking home a babe... He’s going to throw up when he wakes up in the morning when he realizes who he hoped in the same with... :smh:

 ya got meeeee brooooooooo.....

But don't ever compare Real Madrid/ Barcelona/Atletico to City and Arsenal. RM are not some EPL chumps bruh.

La Liga runs the EPL/Europe......ask Russel Simmons

Wasn't comparing. City is a good team with a good manager, however, their players aren't as disciplined as the teams you've named. And Farsenal is Farsenal. I just need our midfield to play up to their talent level. It will be glorious when Liverpool the squad that everyone loves to trash, goes about and handles their business and prevents Real Madrid's billion-dollar squad from 3 peating.

Awesome.

I'm so close to just giving up on Mourinho (even if he's a Porto legend), he's pulling a Wenger and not adapting to the times. Next year is Mourinho's last chance with me, if United don't turn it around, he's done. Mou's gotta leave the EPL for good.

My faith in the new wave of Portuguese managers is high - Jardim, Conceicao, Marco Silva, Nuno Espirito Santo (to some degree).
