I love Wazza but this is a bad signing through and through. All this is..is a ploy to get y'all to fill up that brand new stadium. None of that 16 mil will be spent on their understaffed/underpaid workers (I read there are currently DCU employees doing job of 3-4 people), player development, youth development. They gonna be back to square 1 once they wear Rooney out.
