Translation for those not fluent in Portuguese: "Congratulations, my love, you deserve the world! I love you, Rafaella."

All jokes aside, Brazucas are known to be tight-knit and family-oriented. In the past, Rafaella has been publicly linked to Paulistas like Lucas Lima and "Gabigol." Not to mention that Neymar has a child with Carolina Dantas and is back with Brasilian actress Bruna Marquezine. With that being said, Neymar and Rafaella seem even closer than any ordinary brother and sister, certainly toeing the line in terms of what is socially acceptable.

Now back to the footballing aspect, I think even the most optimistic PSG supporter would admit they didn't expect to win Champions League in one season, even after the splashy summer signings of Neymar and Mbappe. CL glory is a long-term project that demands the utmost patience. I mean, European giants like Juventus "only" have two CL titles in their entire club history. Emery will be sacked, and I'd say deservingly so. He got the first leg against RM all wrong.

In fairness, the Parisians received by far the toughest Round of 16 draw. Madrid may have been floundering at the time in Spain, but ask Atleti and Simeone just how tough an out "Los Blancos" can be in European competition. I have to agree with the homie PSK that Verratti has not grown as a MF technically or in regards to maturity either. His lack of discipline is shockingly crippling to his club at times, most recently in the CL return leg.

At 34, Dani Alves is finally starting to show his age at RB. Many thought he was done upon leaving Barca, but the Brazuca showed he was not quite finished with Juve last season and enjoyed a pretty stellar first-half campaign with PSG. Whether it be tired legs or a decline in overall athleticism, Dani can no longer be the first-choice RB going into next year's Champions League campaign.

Quick thoughts from Spurs/Juve midweek:
-Referee Szymon Marciniak had a doozy of a first half officiating, and that's putting it mildly. Clear penalty against Vertonghen, when he slid late on Douglas Costa. The linesman was watching closely on the byline to add insult to injury. Then we saw Barzagli's rash challenge on Son. The first one warranted a straight red for me, but the second stomp put the nail in the coffin. Ref missed both somehow. That stupidity by Barzagli aside, I've been waiting for Rugani to consistently break into the starting XI when Barzagli and Benatia begin to fade.
-Aurier was suspended anyway, but I was calling for Poch to start Trippier regardless. Far more reliable and steady at RB.
-Ben Davies performed significantly better than the first leg, particularly getting forward in attack and whipping in a variety of dangerous, low crosses. He was stuck in a difficult place on Juventus' first goal. Had to stay connected to his CB but that allowed Lichtsteiner to exploit the wide area, where his cross was headed on to "Pipita" for the equalizer.
-Speaking of Lichtsteiner, Allegri outmanaged Pochettino. Masterstroke to bring on the Swiss international and adjust to a back four. Feel like Lichtsteiner has been playing for Juve for almost a decade now.
-Meanwhile, Poch brought on Lamela, who had once nice run on the byline that Chiellini sniffed out. He also cleared away a threatening Davies cross moments later. Chiellini was defending like a madman as he often does, and was glued to Kane like white on rice.
-Kane was offside on the late header that got past Buffon and hit the post.
-Truly thought Son's late left-footed attempt was going in to equalize and send us to deserved ET. Son was extremely hungry in the second half, could sense his passion and desire emanating off the pitch.
-Poch often calls Tottenham his "project." Well the next step is not simply putting European giants under pressure, but capitalizing and finishing the job after securing two dream away goals in Turin.

Lastly and perhaps most importantly, what the hell was Dav Sanchez doing on "La Joya's" tie-winning goal. Not sure if he panicked after "Pipa" equalized or maybe he was simply caught unaware at an inopportune moment, but either way the 21-year-old's inexperience showed on the brightest stage. My man was dead serious in the midfield when Higuain played in that lovely ball to Dybala. I'd have to rewatch to solve how Sanchez got sucked so out of position.

i don't judge neymar for the strange sister behavior. I remember years ago when there were those dancing videos of brother and sister literally gringing crotches and all up on each other to like jamiacan dance hall and i was like "yo thats so nasty they are related" and got hit with "its a different culture its ok there" and i was like whelp i guess to each their own.

Stoke vs City today...just get it done...it doesn't have to be pretty
