They should've went in on more of the corruption part of it because that and their arrogance is whats holding them back. big fish small pond like they said and in reality wouldn't everyone be able to choose to not get humbled if given the chance?

Wembley was set to host the semi finals and finals and England's group games regardless of COVID.
VAR is at fault last night, UEFA at fault for the scheduling.
We've won the group, got placed on the easier side of the draw and conceded 1 goal on route, we can only play what's in front of us.
England win, it's because Ukraine aren't very good, Germany aren't very good, and we've fixed the whole tourney, England lose and we're overhyped, Brexit loving morons.
Can't win either way.
Same people laughing at us celebrating not realising majority of them blokes would be doing the same when it's your club winning stuff, in Liverpool, Manchester, Leicester, London, (except Arsenal and Spurs) and sitting here saying "Liverpool won the league for the first time since the 90s, look at the scenes"
I doubted us and I still think we'll get beat on Sunday.
Everyone can celebrate, except the English. We're not allowed.

No one said it was fixed. Honestly when I saw the knockout round bracket anything but the Final would have have been a disappointment for England, especially while playing at Home.
It’s just we’re tired of the English bashing foreigners for diving when that’s exactly what Raheem did. That dive won you the game. And yet no one is talking about it. It’s extremely weird and the whole situation is filled with hypocrisy and double standards.
You guys better win it, if not now - then when?

Brazil has always been covered with corruption. I don’t think it’s an excuse.
I don’t know tho. I get the big fish in a small pond thing, wish Mexico could be part of COMNBOL. COMNEBOL could use them too.
The arrogance is definitely there from Mexico tho, I always likened it to England.

anyways, no ones bashing anyone for diving, diving regardless of who it is is wrong, for what it's worth, I don't think it was a pen, but I don't think he dived either, it was just very soft. The same people in here bashing England for not having Raheem on the front page (which I agree he should be, and also should have MOTM last night) are the same ones calling him a diver.
The ref asked VAR, VAR gave the pen, what do you want us to do? Not celebrate it? Come on, shoe on the other foot Coupe, Jota goes down and Ronaldo bags the pen, are you not celebrating? Seriously.
if we don't win it now, we probably never will, listen, people have a right to be excited, 55years since anything even close to this, some people lived their lives seeing nothing, I'm buzzing because I've seen Leicester win the prem, the fa cup for the first time ever and potentially England winning a major trophy all within 5 years.

Yea I’d be celebrating, no one is stopping you from celebrating. You should be celebrating.
But Raheem has deserved more credit but he also took a dive. It can be both, those things don’t have to mutually exclusive. And I don’t really have a problem with diving, do what you can to win the game. It’s a part of the game.
But be consistent when you criticize someone for it. That’s all I’m asking England to do.

Football and it's fans are fickle mate, you know that, Grealish dives for Villa and he's ****, but for England people see him as a saviour (don't ask me why) Same with Raz, if he gets a pen for that against Leicester I'm fuming, and last night it wasn't a pen, doesn't mean I'm not gonna be happy with the pen
. Sterling deserves more credit and credit to Ian Wright last night who called out Roy Keane as to why Sterling didn't get MOTM over Kane, who had no reply other than to ask Wrighty "are you sterling's agent"
unfortunately Kane is the poster boy and it's wrong, he was nonexistent in the groups, he scores one against Germany and gets the plaudits. I agree it's backward. It's half the reason Vardy retired. Consistently scoring 20+ but couldn't get a look in, because Kane plays regardless of fitness, form, whatever.
