Honestly, the more I think about it the more I realize announcing Ole before season end might be the dumbest thing ever. What happens now if he bombs the remainder of the season? Do you fire him? Well you would have to pay.. do you then give him money? Made no sense making the decision now, it’s not like he was gonna go anywhere. The power was all with the board. This screams of the same short sightedness that got us where we are. Couple this with the fact they announce him with no director of football to weight in?

I don’t think he feels any type of way. Just using that and the “new challenge” thing to get the contract he wants. Militao is coming for coverage, not to replace anyone in the starting lineup.
