Where can I get the cracked 2.1 software?

Not sure if this has been asked before, I'm currently using an unlocked iPhone 2G. If I upgrade to the 2.1 software through iTunes will that relock myphone?

I picked mine up today from the Champs in Roosevelt Field Mall. I think they had a large run on sizes. If anyone is looking for the shirt as well head on over to Foot Locker they have plenty.
