im bulking too... you can still keep your abs while bulking if you do a clean bulk with a low fat diet. So you can cut out most of the cardio.

you should do back/bis one day then chest/tris on a diff day.
back and biceps: rows, deadlifts, pulldowns, and DB and BB curls.
chest and triceps: DB bench and BB bench (flat and incline), rope pulldowns, DB flyes, dips at the end
