He didn't send any; it was difficult to even get pics requested at all so I took his word. Shouldn't have been so trusting. A few more facts: Seller took 2 days to ship after payment was made, I was advised that they would be sent Priority Mail; they weren't, and I sent over info about making...
So the minute that I receive a refund and still have the shoes in my possession, I'm a thief? You guys way of thinking amazes me. After first contacting the seller before involving PayPal, answering all texts afterwards instead of being non responsive, saying I never refused to return, and...
I agree @Mr 100 and apparently so does PayPal. I just got off the phone with them and was advised that they would be contacting the merchant regarding covering the cost of return shipping on the item.
You know what @ricerocket, you just convinced me to be the MUCH bigger man in this situation. I know I'm right, but I'll Handle this because if I stick to my guns, dude will never get his shoes...because he's actually the one that's broke. This whole episode has been very entertaining though...

If you are saying that the pics I was sent look like the pics I sent him once they were in hand, I strongly disagree. The ball's in your court @Hanacheezy
And you keep ignoring how I was willing to ship back at my own expense before receiving a rebuttal...and probably before getting blasted. Once again, shipping ends this.
