Impossible to say why they didn't use it. Contracts are specific on what they can use branding for. Being able to use it for one thing doesn't mean they have carte blanche to slap it on anything they want. I prefer it without any branding tbh but I understand why some would want it. I don't see us making a move there. Trevino has been league average, not terrible. He's 11th in fWar and that's while platooning with Wells. If anything he should be getting more time, Wells just isn't there yet.

Would much rather see Soto or Stanton over there but we it doesn't make much sense now with Dominguez out for 2 months.

Greenlighting Soto on 3-0 in the 6th worked out well and that bomb gave us a spark we desperately needed.

Ehh it's not that easy. Your $25k asset just tanked in value. It's not like they can't wear the old pairs. I see old pairs getting swapped somewhat regularly. A1restoratins just did a pair last week. I know I know I know, it's not about the money, but that's easy to say when it's not your money.

Curious if this is a real release or just another hyperstrike if 72 pairs? Haven't they made like 5-6 versions of these over the years? Pretty sure I've seen one guy with all of them or close to it.

You may be right. And yea he was supposed to be a bat first guy, just kinda hard to take Trevino out when he's been clearly better this year.
