The soles will definitely separate on you. If you know what you’re doing you can glue them with E6000 but it’s not that easy to do without getting excess on the nubuck.
DMP VIs are nice and all but everyone knows it’s the DMP XIs that we really want. That gold Jumpman on the concords with icy soles is beautiful. At least we know they’re coming back for sure. 2-3 years but they’re definitely retroing those.
Finally a shoe to get excited about. I passed on the 2010s because they were just a shell of what they’re supposed to be. Almost non-existent 3M, creased, etc. I loved my 2005s but wore those to the ground a long time ago even after regluing the soles. In my opinion it’s the best XIII colorway...
The problem is that the dollar has lost a lot of purchasing power. So even if the price stayed at the same level $115 from ‘06 would be $145 today. Of course Nike and JB got a little greedy with the normal $190-220 prices. I think only the later retros are worth that much. 11, 12, 13, 14+...
I still have my ‘06 pair in wearable condition. I just need to clean up the nubuck a little and unfog the air unit. They may crumble on me from old age though! 14 years is a long time.
The ‘06 black cat isn’t the OG cut though! Not even close. The last ones with proper silhouette were the ‘99...
These had potential. It’s hard to **** up a black/red shoe but they managed to do just that. Another release available for under retail. It’s looking like the Concords will be the only must have Jordan through the rest of the year.
Now on the 2018 BC3s. Still haven’t put on my pair. I have a hard time unDSing my favorite shoes even if I can buy more for close to retail.
These were definitely TTS. I ****** up with the TB3s ordering 1/2 down since some older 3s were a little bigger. That was a big mistake! Last year I wore...
Yeah. You really have to be getting these off the back of a truck and an employee discount to sell something that ain’t even out yet for that low.
But StockX price is around $140-150 for most sizes. Most Jordans can’t even resell for close to retail unless they’re limited now. I don’t know how...
It’s still a crapshoot even if they were worn properly and taken care of. Not every model but 3,4,5 are definitely prone to turn into dust. It’s a shame since it’s only the midsole but it is what it is. That’s why these things should be worn and not hoarded. When someone decides to finally unDS...
Garbage garbage garbage. I think they need to chill with the quantity and start thinking quality. Why the heck would they make the toe box change to that fruity pattern?
These may sell because of the full red but I’m not even so sure about that. Why not give us Nike Air Fire Reds instead of...
Definitely doubling on these. Believe it or not I’ve had nearly every GR sig Jordan at one point or another including multiple Space Jam releases/Cool Greys/Breds/72-10s/Columbia/Silver Anniversary except the Concords.
Chlorophyll? These scream Green Beans to me! They’re not terrible but I wish we were getting a re-retro of the GB Vs with 3M from ‘06 instead of these. That was a wide GR but def a standout shoe back then.
Will look good with a fresh pair of dark blue denim and/or black. Matching fitted as well...
They’re an XI so I’m always going to be a little more forgiving on the cw. That said paying anywhere near retail for these is dumb. I think they should still be found for a hefty discount on StockX. IIRC this is the first non low XI to not sell out on NDC.
Maybe the second one. I’m not sure.
This. Even Js from ‘05,’06,07 and ‘08 are just too old at this point. I still have pairs in good condition and I know the second I walk half an hour in them. Walk not run, they will crumble on me.
Only buy ‘00-‘03 3s and 4s for display.
I am on a 300 mbit connection on 5 GHz ac 3x3 low latency. I don’t know what I can do when after selecting a size it does nothing for 5-10 seconds.
I can understand someone using a slower connection missing out but not on a strong connection.
Never wasting my time again with off white releases. A total racket. This was botted to hell. Impossible to reserve through the app. What can be expected when the shoes sell for 669% more than retail.
Maybe it’s easier somewhere else but NYC is impossible.
I’m just going by my own experience. My aunt passed away from a sudden cardiac arrest when I was 23. First big loss. I had grown up with her and it took me years to be ok after that. I went on a drinking binge for a minute to keep the pain away.
