Always track your workout and lifts just don't go to the gym and lift weights lol. Progressive overload is key and getting stronger(by more reps or or volume is everything) do a solid workout program.
No prob brotha! Always glad to help! If your arms is a weak point try and get it in 3 times a week! Maybe on a push day,one on pull since you're doing pulling movements anyways lol and choose another day! Get that hypertrophy in bro!
