I go to the gym 5 times a week and I always run 1-2 miles as a warm up before I hit the weights. I've had no trouble running in them. They feel good to me
every time I wanted to double up on a shoe, I have always just told myself to just save the money and buy something new. Could be anything else like some pants or a shirt.
New to NT. I don't usually browse forums but this thread is pretty awesome so I thought I would join. Lace swapping fun on the speckles. I like the contrast and then I painted the swoosh black on my crimsons w/ a black lace swap.
