Not mad at store associates. I dont think these stores had these shoes hidden in the back or anything. I might just be bat$hit crazy but I think they intentionally delayed the deliveries to arrive after the FF event. They know most of those pairs will sell at $160 in this demographic. Most of...
SMH. They upped the price on just about everything that was on sale. I had several items I've been watching for a couple weeks now. I even had several in my cart. Everything went up.
I just did the rough math. My items a couple days ago added up to (approx $150). Items after 20% "coupon" today...
They can. I think they just had a ridiculous amount of the Crazylight Boost 2015 midsoles/outsoles and didn't want to scrap the materials. So they added it to the Lillard 2 upper and called it the 2.5 or playoff edition.
Called the Katy Mills store this afternoon. They still have the Kobe 11 Allstars and are willing to do phone orders. Unfortunately even before I mentioned the F&F coupon they told me they wont honor it over the phone. Just in store. So over the phone the shoes are $159.99 + tax + shipping. So...
Finally bit the bullet and just ordered from eBay. If they ever become available at retail I'll just double up. I hate to support resellers but I really wanted this damn shoe and Adidas sure isn't supplying the demand.
The Rip City colorway is available on Adidas's Poland website in my size. I can add it to cart and enter in my paypal info but I cant seem to change the Country to submit the order. It's lame that Adidas offers products some places but not others. I noticed this on the 2015 Crazylight Boost...
You can always buy for resell. Especially with so many of them available on eBay. I'd say wait a couple weeks. If you see the ones on eBay starting to go away then you might want to pull the trigger.
I really hate how big California is sometimes. I keep seeing the Kobe Allstars at CA stores but when I check google maps they're usually 6+ hours away. SMH
From what I've seen over the past couple years it seems like Citadel gets the best stuff the most consistently for the Orange County area stores. Next would probably be Ontario Mills. Then East LA (might be the best honestly but I haven't been there enough. Sketchy. JK). Then Long Beach. Then...
It says "Sold Out" or the links are dead but they also are showing KD Trey 5 III Limited for $29.97, The Kobe X Elite for $24.97, and the Zoom Lebron Soldier 9 FLYEASE for $4.97. Those are the ones I noticed so far. Might be impactful since I heard stores sometimes can match the website price.
Thanks. Saw that myself. I've been checking adidas several times a day to see if more sizes show up. I also have the email notification. Hopefully they will get a legit restock and stop putting resources into models with the Crazylight Boost 2015 midsole that nobody wants.
