yea at least 6 months to a year cash reserves, rentals, especially multi families will suck you dry and a 3 family at that? finding quality tenants is a headache unless you hire a property manager (which would be best) but thats more money out of your pocket, dealing with vacancies, and repairs...

man the flint joints were my favorite when they came out, i need another pair of these, i dont thing they are that ugly, they look better than XVIIIs... those are the worst imo... yet i would still wear em... need another pair of those flints though 9-9.5??

i thought blockbuster did go out of business, all the joints in my area are gone but I just saw a commercial for some type of instant queue they got for cell phones or somethin like that.

instant queue is to stream to your tv through the xbox or somethin u gotta put it in the regular queue to get the dvd sent to ur house. it should b available the same same day. as far as instant queue its always different as to when they get it on there...
