the credit card paypal account is verified the moment you enter the draw with a pending payment. i believe nike would simply give an L to everyone who enters a double credit card or a double address. that would be a very small programming effort and no problem at all to let there algorithm...

Don't you need to verify your NDC account with your mobile number before entering the draw in the US (in Europe or Germany at least you have to)? And you have to make a (pending) payment up front when entering. I'm sure the draw algorithm sorts out double credit cards and PayPal accounts. So...
