going back to square one with oly lifting was one the best gym decisions ive made. ive made more progress in the past 8 months with an oly lifting type training program as opposed to having chest or back days 

ive been meaning to play the game. heard so many good things about it  i tried playing it on my iphone but the controls and small screen didnt let me get into it. now that its on the ps3, i wanna pick it up.....after finals are over though because i think im gonna be playing it for awhile 

if its seasoned and/or marinated right, ill go med-med rare. a good sear is a must though. if its just a plain ol steak, like an after gym meal, i just throw it in the george foreman  i always experiment with marinades and rubs, but always eat my steak with mashed potatoes or sweet potatoe fries 

i wouldnt say shane was the best character on the show, but they should have kept him alive. the struggle between him and rick was soooo deep. with the baby being born, lori dying, and the gov/woodberry the show had so much more potential if they kept shane.

couldnt agree more. maybe its because im getting older or im just not tech savvy, but i could care less about all the new ways to watch tv or stream this and that. and ive never watched anything on my phone/laptop/tablet that was more than 5 minutes. it just doesnt do it for me
