No they're not. I'm very happy with them.

I think they look good too, and since i'm not paying $700 for 1.0 ( which arn't really all that great) these will do.

I'm not sure how accurate, that launch locator is. Our Champs (I'm In DFW) got their shipments across all stores on Friday, With each store getting about 12 pairs. I called all these same stores, and they said they had no word of a restock tomorrow. maybe they let the cat out of the bag early.
