How bad is peanut butter (regular, not organic) for someone trying to lose weight and put on muscle at the same time. I know it has a lot of protein but it also has a lot of fat. Low fat pb isnt much better, so yay or nay?
^Good job man. Im tryin, seeing definite improvements in the chest, arms, and back but seemingly none in my stomach. My diet is my down fall, i always slip up with soda and fries. Smh gotta get it together.
Messed up over spring break, pretty sure I gained a couple of pounds. I always eat bad when I go home and on top of that I re-injured my ankle playing basketball so I dont know how much Im gonna be able to run this week.
I got my pair, my homeboy wasnt so lucky. Still in pretty good condition. I brought them with me to wear on spring break. Still wish I would have gotten a 9.5 instead of a 10 tho.
Has anyone with the touch pro had problems with text messaging since new years? The date on my msgs say 2016 instead of 2010 and they come out of order?
