i only hate these posts b/c it brings out the "tips are optional" crowd, and i hate seeing some of my fellow nt'ers as cheap. dont go out to eat, and especially dont sit at a table if you dont want to tip. if service is bad, tell the staff, get something comp'ed that was late or bad...

update on my insides: as many of you know, i had a questionable dinner last night...and while i will say this morning was a little rough...I came out mostly unscathed. today i decided to go out for lunch...delicious banh mi...rode my bike and then to the park where i had the delicious sammich...

i was making an attempt at a "well rounded meal" with what I had. so many textures...slimey, chunky, chalky, gritty, greasy... ill report back on how my body takes all this in the morning... thankfully i do have beer and liquor, otherwise, plzbelieve i wouldve been making the drive to the store 8)
